A Stoke designer produces conceptual design solutions that map to the client's brand strategy. No exceptions. The expectation is that all design presented (internally, or to the client) is always explained in terms of its fit to the brand strategy. Period. You will be on a team that fights for their ideas, puts the client's objectives at the center of decision-making and doesn't care where a great idea comes from.
We love to concept at Stoke, so there is plenty of help in that area. But our Senior Designers need to develop concepts and subsequent executions on their own as well.
Stoke's designers have a solid understanding of material costs and production limits.
Deadlines are not missed. If they are, you won't be.
